NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellation or Amendment: Notification of cancellation or amendment booking should be in the form of letter or fax received by us at least 30 days for peak season, 15 days High season and 7 days for low season prior to the date of arrival. Otherwise, there will be 1 night charge for low & High season and non-refundable for Peak season.
- No-Show & Early Check-out:
- No-Show : 1 night charge for Low and High season and full amount charge or non-refundable for Peak Season.
- Early Check-out: 1 additional night from used night will be charged in Low and High season and full amount charged or non-refundable for Peak Season.
Minimum night policy:
All bookings required minimum 3 nights stay for 20 Dec 13 – 10 Jan 14.
Late check-out policy:
- Check-out time is 12:00 noon. No charge for luggage storing and waiting in hotel lobby until your departure.
- Accommodation used after check out time till 4 p.m. will be charged at half day room rate and full amount of room rate will be charged after 4 p.m. This service is subject to availability and hotel arrangement which must be made in advance.
Check-in Time: 14:00 hrs.
Check-out Time: 12:00 hrs. (Noon)
